Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the NICE practice to lead delivery of NICE CXone/CDaaS solutions in a client-facing setup. You will manage client relationships, lead implementations with teams, and maintain project governance and reporting.

The role requires hands-on technical experience with NICE CXone, strong program management skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%. You will collaborate with executives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge in NICE CXone or related contact center platforms.
• 5+ years experience in Project / Program Management within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading enterprise client projects with substantial consulting could meet sponsorship and reporting needs.
• Experience managing projects with multiple methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum, hybrid).
• Experience leading a program with multiple projects/workstreams preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across stakeholders and partners.
• PMP or other PM certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned clients.
• Frequent direct contact with leadership to provide technical expertise and project status.
• Lead the overall implementation of client projects with teams of 3–10 people.
• Facilitate project management tasks including communication plans, meetings, tracking and reporting.
• Deliver weekly status reports and update stakeholders on progress and issues.
• Identify risks, assumptions and constraints; implement actions to minimize impact.
• Review project invoices for accuracy.
• Develop work plans and assign duties to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with the project team to enhance CXone Studio software; code and test projects.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
