Job summary

TTEC Digital in Manila seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the design, deployment and delivery support of NICE CCaaS services for enterprise clients. You will manage the delivery relationship, provide technical leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on NICE CXOne experience, 5+ years in project/program management within a consulting environment, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading large enterprise client projects with executive reporting.
• Proficiency with waterfall, agile/scrum and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned clients.
• Lead implementation of client projects with teams 3–10 people.
• Deliver weekly status reports and communicate project progress and risks.
