Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a News Page Lead to drive deployment, adoption and user readiness of the News Page across distributors.

You will partner with CD Deployment Lead, Rollout Leads, distributor stakeholders, and the project team to ensure training, engagement and issue resolution. The role focuses on deployment, training content, and user enablement to maximize platform adoption and business value within a fast-paced consumer goods deployment.

Formación

• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs.
• Background in training, learning and development, or change management.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption.
• Experience with distributors, field teams, or large deployments is a plus.
• CPG/FMCG industry experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deployment & Adoption: Coordinate with Rollout Leads to implement News Page across distributors and support onboarding and go-live activities.
• Training & Delivery: Develop and execute training plans; deliver train-the-trainer sessions; localize training materials for distributors.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as primary contact for News Page deployment and training; align with Rollout Leads and distributors.
• UAT, Integration & Quality Assurance: Lead Salesforce UAT for PH Market; develop test scenarios; coordinate defect management and sign-off.

The role

The News Page Lead is responsible for driving the successful deployment, adoption, and user readiness of the News Page application across distributors. The role works closely with CD Deployment Lead, Rollout Leads, distributor stakeholders, and the project team to ensure effective implementation, training execution, user engagement, and issue resolution. This role serves as the key focal point for News Page deployment and training activities, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support required to maximize platform adoption and business value.

What you'll be responsible for

Deployment & Adoption

• Coordinate with Rollout Leads to ensure successful implementation of the News Page application across distributors.
• Support distributor onboarding, go-live activities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Track implementation progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies along with the rollout teams and elevate if necessary.
• Support onboarding, go-live, and hyper care activities through effective user enablement.

Training & Delivery

• Develop and execute training plans in close collaboration with Rollout Leads and project lead, ensuring alignment with rollout schedules, deployment milestones, and business objectives.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to support user readiness and adoption.
• Develop, maintain, and localize training materials, user guides, and learning resources to support effective user adoption and address local market and distributor requirements together with the rollout leads.
• Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with business processes and system functionality.
• Continuously improve learning materials based on user feedback and business needs.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for News Page-related deployment and training activities.
• Work closely with Rollout Leads, distributor management, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Support change management and user engagement initiatives across distributors.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration & Quality Assurance

• Lead and coordinate Salesforce UAT activities for PH Market.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts together with business partner and CD Deployment Lead.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover validation, go-live verification, and hypercare activities.
• Validate upstream integration between Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate defect management, issue resolution tracking, retesting, and business sign-off.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and learning materials.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with distributors, field teams, or large-scale deployments is an advantage.
• Experience within the CPG / FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and issue management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deployment environment.
• Amenable for a project-based type of employment up until mid-2027.
