Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Address customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately within established guidelinesDocument customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues
• Meet daily call targets and quality assurance standards
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction ratings
