About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in San Lazaro, Manila and UP Technohub, Quezon City. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals new to the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. No previous BPO experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to all successful candidates.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone call
• Providing accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns
• Resolving customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and courteous demeanour
• Processing customer transactions, orders, and requests in accordance with established procedures
• Documenting all customer interactions in the company's systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Following company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines in all customer communications
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contributing ideas for service improvement
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet departmental targets and objectives
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with integrity
