Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of account portfolios. You will open new peso/dollar CASA accounts, oversee renewals, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery in line with Bank standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations in branch banking, preferably handling new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-service focus.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers with product advice and account opening.
• Process in-branch transactions and ensure accuracy per Bank’s procedures.
• Coordinate with BCM and units to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as primary co-custodian for vault operations and conduct end-of-day cash verification.
