Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products.
• Process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements.
• Handle in-house selling, roll-over, renewal, and payments with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and risk controls.
• Assist walk-in customers and resolve complaints with BCM coordination.
