Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a network engineer to deploy, configure, and support network infrastructure across multiple client environments in the Philippines. The role involves installing and maintaining firewall platforms (Ubiquiti preferred) and supporting routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.

Candidate should have strong TCP/IP knowledge, experience with enterprise vendors, MSP background, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business network environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing and switching.
• Experience configuring and supporting firewalls.
• Ubiquiti experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, Meraki, WatchGuard or other enterprise vendors will also be considered.
• Experience with wireless networking, VPNs and network security.
• Previous MSP experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for solving problems.
• Comfortable working late shift to support US-based operations.
