Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Manager, IT Infrastructure – Network & Security to lead network and security operations, guide architecture, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will oversee incident response, cloud security governance, and modernization initiatives, shaping strategy and driving improvements with a focus on Zero Trust and resilient networks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading network and security teams.
• 3+ years in consulting, solution architecture, or project delivery supporting infrastructure and security.
• 3+ years in incident detection, incident response, or digital forensics.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, IDS/IPS, web application security, and cloud security controls.
• Experience designing secure Azure workloads and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat modeling approaches.
• Hands-on networking across routing, switching, NAT, VPN/IPsec, and segmentation.
• Experience applying Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams across network and security functions.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for network and security services.
• Support incident, change, and service requests management with SLAs.
• Promote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead delivery of network and security projects, including upgrades and site deployments.
