Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable, secure cloud infrastructure powering critical applications.

You will develop infrastructure platforms, automate operations, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate has strong cloud, IaC, container orchestration, and DevOps experience, with a passion for automation, reliability, and operational excellence across globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of platform engineering or DevOps experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale cloud production environments.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure platforms.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure for high availability, performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop IaC solutions with GitOps and automation tools.
• Improve platform reliability and deployment processes through automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to support modernization initiatives.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
