Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Network Planning & Analysis Specialist to consolidate data from multiple teams and produce timely, accurate management reports. You will leverage Excel and Google Sheets to maintain data quality and create concise summaries for decision-makers.

You will analyze trends, support process improvements, and respond to ad hoc data requests under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, charts).
• Exposure to retail financial metrics (IRR/NPV, CapEx, OpEx) is an advantage but not required.
• Experience using Google Sheets, including formulas and data management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent data management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.
• Able to create concise summaries and management reports from raw data.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and handle urgent requests with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to build positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, personalities and functions.
