Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Network & Connectivity Specialist to design, operate, and transform its global network across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-site network infrastructure.
• Strong experience with FortiGate/FortiOS, SD-WAN, VPN, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, Azure networking, and enterprise wireless technologies.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and modern network security.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with network automation or scripting is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain global enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Design and manage Azure and hybrid cloud networking, including VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, and private connectivity.
• Manage and optimise enterprise wireless networks across multiple locations.
• Support network security and Zero Trust initiatives, including network segmentation, SASE/SSE, and identity-based access.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and enterprise IP addressing.
• Oversee ISP, connectivity, and network service providers across global locations.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability, and implement improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop network automation and scripting to improve deployment and operational efficiency.
• Maintain network architecture, diagrams, configurations, standards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, and external providers to deliver secure and reliable network services.
• Follow ITIL/ITSM change management and network governance standards.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Network & Connectivity Specialist to support the design, operation, and transformation of Black & White Engineering’s global network infrastructure across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering secure, resilient, and high-performance connectivity while supporting the transition towards a segmented Zero Trust network architecture. Working closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, Regional IT teams, and external technology providers, this position requires a technically skilled professional with strong networking expertise, problem-solving ability, and experience managing enterprise-scale environments.
