Command|Link is hiring a Managed Services Network Engineer to support and deliver top-tier SDWAN services for ISP/MSP customers. You will troubleshoot Versa Networks-based networks, data circuits, VoIP, VPNs, and managed routers and firewalls, with no travel required.
The role offers a 100% remote schedule (Eastern US Time, Wed-Sun shift) and a chance to mentor peers while shaping network design and delivery for demanding clients.

The Managed Services Network Engineer is a critical role responsible for supporting and delivering superior service to ISP/MSP business customers. You will play a key part in managing and troubleshooting SDWAN networks (with an emphasis on Versa Networks), business data circuits, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and other custom-managed services.
No travel to customer locations is required.
Preferred Shift: Wednesday - Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern US Time
