Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-grade Go applications.
• Strong API development experience and documentation.
• Solid system design and distributed architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with event buses, caching, and workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of observability practices and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade software and APIs for internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Develop scalable Golang apps using best practices and clean design.
• Automate business and network processes to boost efficiency.
• Tackle complex performance and distributed-systems challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC from requirements to delivery.
• Integrate solutions using event buses, caches, workflows, and containers.
• Implement and support CI/CD, observability, metrics, and tracing.
• Participate in code reviews and technical meetings; mentor juniors.
• Work independently with accountability in a fast-paced team.
