Job summary

NetSuite in the Philippines is seeking an Account Manager - Sales Representative for a permanent night shift in a hybrid setup at Tower 2, Ayala North Exchange Makati. You will grow an SMB portfolio, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, and manage strategic account plans with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include regular business reviews, maintaining a healthy pipeline, forecasting, and presenting value to executives.

Qualifications

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of SMB NetSuite customers.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the NetSuite portfolio.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer value, retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing NetSuite SMB customers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the NetSuite product portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value, retention, and expansion.
• Conduct regular business reviews in partnership with Solution Consultants to understand customer goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Perform ongoing account management and maintenance activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive engagement and opportunity management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts with pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve customer issues and drive successful outcomes.
• Present business value and solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders through virtual meetings and presentations.
