Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia in Manila is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant (OTC/O2C) to design, implement, optimize, and maintain NetSuite ERP solutions with a strong focus on Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into NetSuite configurations, support migrations, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live assistance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on NetSuite functional experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proven experience participating in end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and ERP processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), billing, procurement, inventory, and related financial impacts.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with NetSuite best practices.
• Map and optimize end-to-end OTC/O2C and P2P processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and practical NetSuite solutions.
• Provide functional advice and recommendations to business users on NetSuite capabilities and process improvements.
• Perform hands‑on functional configuration and implementation of NetSuite solutions including Sales Orders, Invoicing, AR, AP, procurement, and inventory management.
• Configure NetSuite workflows, forms, roles, permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and other functional components.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency using NetSuite functionalities.
• Support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and system optimization projects.
• Prepare BRDs, FDDs, process flows, configuration specifications, and other functional documentation.
