Job summary

DVI Solutions is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant (OTC/P2P) to design, implement, optimize, and maintain NetSuite ERP solutions with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to translate requirements into NetSuite configurations and enhancements.

This hands-on position covers requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite functional experience in ERP projects.
• Experience in OTC/O2C and P2P processes from end-to-end.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Strong collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Experience with BRDs, FDDs, and process documentation.
• Ability to configure NetSuite workflows, roles, and saved searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design for NetSuite OTC/O2C and P2P implementations.
• Configure NetSuite modules: Sales Orders, AR, AP, Inventory, and billing.
• Develop BRDs, FDDs, and functional specs; support data migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Prepare test scenarios; participate in SIT and UAT; support go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
