Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Finance Leader with deep NetSuite expertise to drive reporting, controls, and profitability analysis across Australian SME clients. The role pairs hands-on financial management with strategic planning in a global setting.

You will lead NetSuite implementation, optimize finance processes, ensure compliance, and collaborate with executives on commercial decisions from our flexible work model. A strong CPA/CA and 12+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 12 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with hands-on support for Australian businesses or SME clients.
Strong hands-on NetSuite experience including finance workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own ATO compliance across group entities, including BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and payroll-related filings.
Lead weekly cashflow forecasting, banking, reconciliations, and payment planning.
Deliver executive reporting across financial performance, KPIs, and risks.
Develop profitability and cost reporting for multiple entities and projects.
Lead NetSuite re-implementation and finance transformation initiatives.
Oversee intercompany transactions, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
Partner with leadership on pricing, revenue growth, and commercial decisions.
Guide Audit & Assurance to ensure consistent financial reporting.
