Job summary

Signant Health in the Philippines is seeking an IT Applications Engineer to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Signant Health's core enterprise apps.

This hands-on role focuses on NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence), with scripting, integrations, automations, and upgrades to enhance reliability and reduce manual work across the application landscape.

Qualifications

Experience administering NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian suite.
Proficient in integration and automation using REST APIs and low-code tools.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, PowerShell or Python) for customizations.
Experience with SaaS/cloud and on-premise application lifecycle management.
Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Function Application Administration & Configuration: administer NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, JIR A/JSM/Confluence and other apps.
Technical Support & Incident Resolution: diagnose and resolve tier 2/3 issues; coordinate with vendors.
Engineering & Customization: implement SuiteScript/Flow, Power Automate, and scripting for automation.
Integrations & Automation: build integrations via APIs and low-code tools.
Change, Release & Patch Management: plan and execute upgrades and changes.
Security & Compliance: apply access control and data handling per policy.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track health and performance; implement improvements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: liaise on licenses, roadmap, and support cases.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: maintain runbooks and knowledge base; cross-train.
