Job summary

People Work Smart is hiring a hands-on 1st/2nd Line NetSuite Support Administrator. You will be the go-to for NetSuite user queries across UK, FR, US and CA, handling onboarding, access controls, basic config changes and routine reporting tasks.

The role offers growth in ERP systems, with opportunities to work across distributed teams and time zones. Onsite presence in Angeles City, Pampanga is required.

Qualifications

• As the first point of contact for NetSuite users, you will provide day-to-day support and administration.
• You will triage, document, and escalate more complex issues to the ERP Systems Manager or NetSuite partner.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for NetSuite queries with global stakeholders via structured ticketing and SLAs.
• Set up and onboard NetSuite users, manage roles/permissions, and perform routine configuration changes.
• Support data quality, build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for Finance and the business.
