You will work with new and existing customers to understand needs, design practical solutions, and configure NetSuite to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems application consulting experience.
• Strong NetSuite functional experience, ideally within Professional Services.
• Advanced knowledge of at least two NetSuite areas, such as ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, or OpenAir.
• Strong accounting, finance, and business process knowledge.
• Experience delivering SaaS, ERP, CRM, or financial system solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence customer decisions.

• Lead discovery sessions and document customer business requirements.
• Map business processes to NetSuite functionality and leading practices.
• Configure and customise NetSuite solutions to meet customer needs.
• Facilitate remote and in-person consulting sessions and document key decisions.
• Manage scope, expectations, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Support sales activities through solution reviews, scoping, and estimation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and elevate complex matters when required.
• Document reusable solutions, best practices, and knowledge for the wider team.
• Stay current with new NetSuite releases, features, and product capabilities.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert and support the development of other consultants.
