Job summary

RCBC is seeking a skilled software developer to design, develop, maintain and enhance application systems in Manila. The role focuses on translating user requirements into robust technical solutions, with emphasis on AML/compliance in process flows and documentation.

You will gather requirements, design modules, develop interfaces, perform testing, and maintain system documentation while ensuring adherence to SDLC standards, information security and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT related course.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in .NET or C#.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud-based Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information on user requirements for systems analysis and design.

• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports specifications.
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs following SDLC, information security and audit standards.

This position is responsible for the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of application systems and their related system documentation manuals.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of application systems and their related system documentation manuals.

How will you contribute?

• Gathers information on user requirements which will be used for systems analysis and design
• Designs application modules/system based on user requirements and specifications by translating business requirements into technical specifications incorporating AML processes as stipulated in the MLPP compliance laws and regulations
• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports specifications, file backup, recovery and archiving procedures
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs following the set standards and procedures specified by the systems development life cycle methodology, information security and audit
• Prepares test data and performs various tests to ensure error-free coding.
• Prepares test, conversion and implementation plans for approval of the immediate supervisor
• Develops and maintains systems documentation / manuals of the application systems
• Supervises file conversion
• Provides support and technical assistance to users of the application
• Conducts initial training to trainors / users of application system
• Recommends improvements to existing procedures in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency when using the application system
