Tential Solutions is seeking a Nearshore Tech Lead to shape the architecture and deliver production-grade features for our auto lender platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from frontend Next.js to C#/.NET backend, coordinating with US stakeholders and a nearshore squad.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering with a proven lead or senior IC track record.
• Expert C#/.NET backend and React/Next.js frontend skills.
• Strong PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server/T-SQL.
• Hands-on AWS experience: ECS, EKS, Fargate, Docker.
• Experience integrating with multiple vendor systems and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, ship production code for loan origination, decisioning, and servicing.
• Lead full-stack features: Next.js frontend, C#/.NET backend, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• Own integrations with bureaus, dealer systems, and third-party partners.
• Define technical direction for the nearshore squad; lead design reviews.
• Bridge nearshore delivery with US stakeholders; strong English required.
• Drive observability, security, and CI/CD across services.
