Sustain Nursing Care is seeking a seasoned NDIS compliance specialist for urgent audit preparation. This remote, project-based role requires hands-on work to prepare documents, organize evidence, implement improvements and drive tasks to completion.

You will review audit action plans, update policies and records, coordinate evidence with providers and external auditors, and maintain a clear progress tracker to ensure timely audit readiness and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience preparing Australian NDIS providers for audits and addressing audit findings.
• Practical knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards.
• Strong written English, organisation and confidentiality.

We are looking for an experienced NDIS compliance specialist who can take over and complete practical compliance and audit preparation work.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can prepare documents, organise evidence, implement agreed improvements and follow tasks through to completion.
