Job summary

Sustain Nursing Care is seeking a seasoned NDIS compliance specialist for urgent audit preparation. This remote, project-based role requires hands-on work to prepare documents, organize evidence, implement improvements and drive tasks to completion.

You will review audit action plans, update policies and records, coordinate evidence with providers and external auditors, and maintain a clear progress tracker to ensure timely audit readiness and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience preparing Australian NDIS providers for audits and addressing audit findings.
• Practical knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards.
• Strong written English, organisation and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review our existing audit action plan and supporting records.
• Update policies, procedures, registers and forms using verified information.
• Identify missing evidence and coordinate its completion with the provider.
• Organise documents in Audit Pilot, Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Maintain a clear progress tracker and prepare the evidence pack for the external auditor.
• Coordinate any checks requiring a qualified professional or independent reviewer.
