Job summary

Promo Exchange Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator (NCR) to oversee day-to-day field operations in the NCR area. The role involves supervising field personnel, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring Projects run on time and within scope.

You will serve as the link between field teams and internal departments, traveling across the NCR area to monitor progress, compile reports, and uphold safety and quality standards. A Bachelor's degree and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in operations, field coordination, project management, or area supervision.
• Experience handling field personnel, suppliers, or third-party agencies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations within the assigned NCR area.
• Supervise field personnel to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower deployment, and operational requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational and personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
