Job summary

Stellar Expedient Manpower Development (SEM) Corp in Quezon City is seeking a Tactical Coordinator to oversee field operations across NCR. The role demands strong organization, proactivity, and willingness to perform field work, including travel between Montalban, Mandaluyong, Makati, and surrounding areas.

On-site position; ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver's license are required. 1–3 years of experience and a High School diploma are acceptable for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in field coordination, manpower, operations, sales, or related roles is an advantage.
• Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel around NCR.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, reliable, and highly responsible.
• Can work independently and manage multiple concerns.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor field personnel within assigned areas
• Conduct regular field visits and site monitoring
• Assist with deployment, attendance, and personnel concerns
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and field staff
• Prepare and submit required reports and updates
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
• Handle urgent field concerns and provide immediate coordination when needed
