Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated seeks a Sales Coordinator to support store operations, inventory, deliveries, and field coordination across NCR. The role involves coordinating with store managers and clients, monitoring stock, and arranging deliveries to multiple stores.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel between stores in NCR.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or store operations is preferred.
• Familiar with inventory and stock monitoring processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store managers, clients, and internal teams regarding store requirements.
• Monitor and verify store inventory and stocks.
• Assist with receiving and pull-out of items from stores.
• Coordinate the display and monitoring of products in assigned stores.
• Book deliveries through delivery platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, Angkas.
• Handle basic encoding, printing, filing, and documentation.
• Conduct store visits and provide updates on field activities.
• Assist with other sales and store operations tasks as needed.
