Job summary

OCEANTEC CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned engineer to provide technical support and bidding input during proposal stages for oil, gas, or renewable projects in the Philippines.

You will perform engineering design, calculations, and prepare technical reports, with site attendance as required. Ideal candidates hold a technical master's or bachelor’s degree, bring 10+ years of relevant experience, and are familiar with DNV Sesam, GHS, Orcaflex, and Femap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oil & Gas or Renewable project experience.
• Experience in naval architecture or structural disciplines.
• Familiar with vessel hydrostatic and hydrodynamic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and bidding input during proposal stage.
• Perform engineering design and calculation, preparation of technical reports.

Requirements

• Technical master’s degree / Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 10+ years’ Oil & Gas or Renewable projects experience of relevant engineering, on various disciplines: i.e., naval architecture or structural, etc.
• Familiar with engineering software, such as DNV Sesam Package, GHS, Orcaflex, and Femap.
• Heavy transport and offshore installation engineering is preferred.
• Familiar with vessel Hydrostatic and Hydrodynamic analysis software and regulation.
