Job summary

Getz Healthcare in the Philippines seeks a National Sales Manager – Molecular Diagnostics to drive nationwide sales strategy and growth for the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio. The role partners with the BU Head – Medtech to translate strategy into actionable plans and priorities.

You will lead sales forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic partnerships while developing the sales team and ensuring effective execution of commercial programs across priority customer segments.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to identify business opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
• Knowledge of the full Sales Operations cycle, including budget setting, territory management, bid processes, and related activities.
• Ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute programs that enhance Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the national sales and commercial strategy for the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio in line with Medtech objectives.
• Leads national sales forecasting, planning, and performance reviews; provides market insights and recommended actions.
• Builds strategic partnerships and drives market development, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Supports talent development and succession planning in collaboration with HR and the Business Unit Head.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and governance while managing risks and opportunities.
