You will oversee sub-distributors and commercial ops outside Key Accounts, drive business development, coordinate with partners and finance, and mentor field teams using performance metrics and sales analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading sales teams in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare distribution.
• Graduate of any four-year course.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Strengthen sub-distributor and wholesaler networks for market coverage.
• Coach and mentor field teams during visits and joint calls using metrics.
• Review forecasts and financial data to ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop incentive programs to motivate top sales talent.
