Green Asian Food Philippines, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Director to lead the nationwide Traditional Trade business from Metro Manila.

You will shape strategy, inspire a high-performance sales team, and accelerate distribution across the Philippines. You will build a robust distributor network, execute the RTM plan, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth, market share gains and profitable expansion in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience leading nationwide Traditional Trade.
• Strong distributor management and RTM expertise.
• Proven ability to build high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

• Senior leaders from top ice cream, dairy or beverage brands are highly preferred.

• Lead the nationwide Traditional Trade business.
• Build and strengthen a high-quality distributor network across the Philippines.
• Develop and execute the national Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy.
• Drive market expansion, outlet penetration, and execution excellence.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to deliver sustainable business growth.
• Deliver ambitious sales, market share and profitability targets.

Requirements

• We are looking for a proven commercial leader with:
• 10+ years of FMCG sales experience.
• Extensive experience leading a nationwide Traditional Trade business.
• Strong distributor management and RTM expertise.
• Proven ability to build high-performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, execution capability, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
