Job summary

Performacentric in the Philippines is seeking an experienced N8N Engineer (AI Agent Builder) to design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows and AI-powered agents using n8n as the orchestration layer.

You will work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to turn business use cases into production-grade automation systems. This is not a junior role; architecturally-minded, scalable solutions are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with n8n (required).
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with OpenAI or other LLM integrations.
• Experience with databases (Postgres preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using n8n.
• Create multi-step autonomous workflows.
• Build decision trees and conditional logic systems.
• Implement prompt chains and structured output handling.

We are now hiring a highly skilled N8N Engineer in the Philippines to help build and deploy our next generation of AI-powered agents.

Role Overview

As our N8N Engineer (AI Agent Builder), you will design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows and AI-powered agents using n8n as the orchestration layer.

You will work closely with our product, data, and marketing teams to turn business use cases into production-grade automation systems.

This is not a junior automation role. We are looking for someone who can think architecturally and build scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design and build AI agents using n8n
• Create multi-step autonomous workflows
• Build decision trees and conditional logic systems
• Implement prompt chains and structured output handling

Systems Integration

• Integrate ERPs and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• Work with REST APIs and JSON payloads
