Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Medium Voltage Technical Leader to join our Iberia project execution team. You will own the technical solution from design through validation, testing and commissioning, collaborating with customers, project managers and specialists across electrical domains.

You will become the technical reference for MV within projects, defining switchgear, transformers, protection and control solutions, and ensuring correct implementation through lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with a solid Medium Voltage foundation.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Spanish required; English at least B2; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and validating MV electrical distribution solutions.
• Translating customer requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Defining switchgear, transformers, protection and control solutions.
• Reviewing diagrams, calculations and documentation.
• Coordinating interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
• Participating in FAT, SAT, energisation and commissioning activities.
• Supporting installation and on-site activities when required.
