Job summary

This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, offering a daily rate starting from Php 600.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching music, either formally or informally.
• Proficiency in chosen instrument(s) and ability to sing.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and teens.

About the Role

As a Music Coach, you will be responsible for providing quality music instruction to students of various ages, particularly kids and teens. You will conduct engaging and structured lessons in voice and/or musical instruments while helping students develop their technical skills, musicality, and confidence.

Instruments (One or More):

• Voice
• Guitar
• Drums
• Piano
• Other instruments are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one‑on‑one and/or group music lessons
• Create structured lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels
• Teach proper technique, music theory fundamentals, and performance skills
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, or assessments when required
• Maintain professionalism during on‑site and home service sessions
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development

Qualifications:

• With teaching experience (formal or informal)
• Strong foundational skills in chosen instrument(s)
• Ability to sing and skillfully play instrument(s)
• Patient, engaging, and enthusiastic—especially when working with children and teens
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willing to work on‑site and provide home service within Metro Manila
