Job summary

Maybank Capital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support ECM, DCM, and Corporate Finance transactions.

You will assist in financial modeling, valuation, and market research, and help prepare pitch books and client materials. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience or strong internships, with excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets or advisory preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong internships in related areas are welcome.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.

• Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in investment banking or corporate finance will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, or investment banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using Bloomberg is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
