Job summary

On-site - Rizal facility seeks a versatile maintenance technician to perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep equipment running with minimal downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Industrial Maintenance, and proven hands-on experience in similar settings. Strong safety, documentation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical certification or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience Level: Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar maintenance role with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment; strong problem-solving abilities; sound knowledge of safety regulations; excellent organizational, time-management, and technical reporting skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently or in a team, respond quickly to emergency repairs, maintain tool/parts inventory, and report system improvement recommendations to management.
• Qualities and Traits: Good verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work outside regular hours when facility needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics using diagnostic tools to identify wear, damage, faults, or malfunctions early.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly by identifying root causes to minimize production downtime and facility disruptions.
• Install, test, and calibrate new equipment, machinery, and facility system components to ensure proper operational functioning.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, work performed, maintenance schedules, parts used, and spare parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, health and safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes while utilizing required safety equipment (e.g., PPE) when working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Collaborate and support site teams by assisting with system modifications, participating in team performance meetings, and assisting in training staff on basic equipment operation and safety.
