Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to optimize maintenance of factory equipment. You will diagnose faults, recommend improvements, and help set maintenance strategy to improve reliability.

Ideal candidates have a background in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering, with 3+ years in manufacturing and strong communication skills. This is a fulltime on-site role in the Philippines with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation.
• Preferably Licensed EE or Certified Plant Mechanic.
• Formal education in at least two of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation and Control.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Analytical approach and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and focused improvement for equipment.
• Diagnose faults and recommend design improvements.
• Set maintenance strategy and improve machine reliability in assigned area.
• Provide engineering support to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components and control circuits.
• Manage PLC and SCADA networks and documentation.
