Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or combination of education and experience.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
