Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. You will conduct routine maintenance inspections, assist with installation/modification, review work orders, and support energy management to keep systems efficient while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Physically capable to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision.
