Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a senior Multimedia Designer to craft visuals across digital and print, including brochures, banners, and social assets. You will lead end-to-end production, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong video editing and motion-graphics skills, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. On-site shoots, quick turnaround, and a hybrid work setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in multimedia/visual design or related.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with on-site shoots (camera ops, lighting, audio).
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling designs and storyboards.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Excellent file organization and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual studies for graphics, video, and animation across assets.
• Format and design for digital and print collateral ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage end-to-end production with vendors and printers.
• Act as internal creative consultant on design approach and storytelling.
• Upload and organize drafts and final assets in brand repositories.
• Support marketing and sales with campaign assets and materials.
• Stay updated on design trends to elevate output.
