Job summary

Nexford University, based in the Philippines, seeks a hands-on Multimedia Designer to bring Nexford’s brand and campaigns to life across static, motion, and video formats. This role is a hands-on design position that values versatility and strong taste for modern marketing.

You’ll collaborate with creative, copy, demand generation, marketing operations, and web teams to translate briefs into polished, production-ready assets while maintaining brand system consistency and bringing fresh thinking

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic/multimedia design experience.
• Strong portfolio across social, digital, and multimedia.
• Proficiency with Figma and Canva; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Ability to work independently from brief to final asset with attention to detail.
• Open to feedback and collaborative critique.

Responsibilities

• Design static and motion assets for paid/organic social, email, and display.
• Edit and produce short-form video with basic motion graphics and captions.
• Build and adapt on-brand templates in Figma and Canva.
• Support web and landing page assets.
• Develop variations for testing and apply feedback to improve work.
• Keep source files organized for reuse and scaling.
