Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin-Japanese multilingual Operations Director to lead production and ensure smooth injection molding operations. The role requires coordinating with Japanese and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, optimizing workflows, and driving daily performance across the plant in Bataan.

The ideal candidate may be an undergraduate with relevant manufacturing experience, fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, and English.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates with manufacturing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Experience as Production Manager in injection molding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and partners on production requirements and specifications.
• Monitor plastic injection molding processes, production planning and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee daily production operations to meet targets, quality and delivery schedules.
• Monitor performance, machine utilization, material use and manpower to optimize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Having related experience as a Production Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding and having related experience as a Production Manager.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Coordinating with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients, and business partners regarding production requirements, product specifications, and all operational concerns.
• Monitoring a plastic injection molding processes, production planning, and workflow efficiency.

• Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
