Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Makati seeks a proactive Facilities Multi-Skilled Technician to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support office fit-outs, and monitor building management systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
• With Valid TESDA NC II Certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures.
