Qualifications

• Graduated from a vocational or technical program in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, HVAC, or related field.

• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment safely.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety practices.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities and systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and basic electrical components.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, faucets, and water supply systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and assist in repairing air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and general building repairs.
• Diagnose equipment problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and maintenance materials are properly used, stored, and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and materials used.
