Job summary

Santos Knight Frank Philippines is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to support electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works on assigned properties in Parañaque.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, the ability to work across trades, and readiness to be assigned within Paranaque; NCII or relevant field experience preferred.

Candidates will join a leading real estate services company with a broad service portfolio and a track record of managing large-scale office spaces.
