Job summary

Alon Haraya Realty Corp. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to conduct preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems. The role involves operating pumps, gensets, and switchgears, performing on-call repairs, and maintaining thorough logs and records of all work performed.

The candidate will participate in rounds to monitor equipment and assist in tenant job orders while supporting training of colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot as directed by supervision.
• Report defects and equipment breakdowns to the Property Management Office.
• Attend on-call duties for emergencies and repairs.
• Operate and maintain pumps, gensets, and switchgears in the facility.
• Conduct regular rounds monitoring equipment rooms.

Responsibilities

• Attend tenant job orders (JO) and service requests.
• Lubricate pumps, valves, and components; repair as needed.
• Read charts, flow meters, gauges to assess operating performance.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports of work performed.
• Assist in training others on proper work techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned by property officers.

Job description

Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance of the building equipment and facilities within the Area of Responsibility.

Perform repairs and troubleshooting work as instructed by the Property Management Office.

Report to the admin any defects, damage, and equipment breakdowns.

Attend on-call activities (assist contractors, tenants, and emergency repairs).

Operates and maintains building equipment (pumps, gensets, switchgears, etc.)

Conducts periodic rounds of monitoring for building equipment rooms.

Attend to and perform tenant job orders (JO).

Lubricates pumps, valves, and other parts, and repairs various equipment.

Reads and interprets charts, flow meters, gauges, and other parameters to determine operating efficiency.

Maintains logs, records, and reports related to the work.

Assists in training others in work techniques.

Knowledge of motor panel controls is a plus.

Perform other duties that may be assigned by the property officers
