Job summary

Morning Star Milling Corporation in Makati seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on assigned properties and to troubleshoot equipment. You will respond to tenant calls, inspect facilities, and keep detailed records of work orders.

In this role, you will support projects in Realty Operations and Purchasing, adhere to safety protocols, and assist with warehouse turnover and punchlisting.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or warehouse maintenance (2-3 years).
• Graduate of Technical course or TESDA NC III.
• Ability to troubleshoot across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Able to read plans and layouts.
• Driver's license and own transport preferred.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Technical course or TESDA National Certificate III
• At least 2-3 years experience in building or warehouse maintenance
• Basic troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Can read plans and lay-outs
• Knowledgeable in building or warehouse equipment
• Able to drive a 4-wheel car and have a valid driver's license
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays at Makati City
