Job summary

TGServices, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance technician to perform multitasking upkeep at Narra Residences by Rockwell Bacolod. You will handle electrical troubleshooting and CCTV installation, FDAS, cleaning of ACUs, plumbing, and basic civil works to keep facilities safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, and resides near Bacolod City. This on-site role requires a six-day work week at the Bacolod site.

Responsibilities
