Job summary

Savills Philippines seeks a maintenance technician to perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and quick repairs across building systems. You will work on-site in Makati on a shifting schedule and collaborate with property management to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on skills in trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, plus basic computer record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance and facilities management.
• Willing to work on site and shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
